1. Terms And Conditions

1.1. These website terms of sale (“Supply Terms”) set out the basis on which we supply our products to you via our website (our “Site”).
1.2. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to abide by these Supply Terms.
1.3. Please read these Supply Terms carefully before you place your order. You will find information about who we are, how we provide products, the process for making changes to your contract, and what to do if there is a problem.
1.4. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase products from our Site.

2. Information About Us

2.1. Our Site is owned and operated by Aneeq LLC FZ, a company registered and based in Dubai, UAE.

2.3. If we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so via the contact details you provided during the order process.
2.4. Our medical providers are licensed in the UAE and qualified to issue remote consultations and prescriptions.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

3.1. When you submit an order, we collect personal details, such as your age, weight, and health history, to ensure clinical appropriateness for prescribed treatments.
3.2. We use your contact details to process orders and provide information about similar products if you agree to receive such updates.
3.3. By purchasing from our Site, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Our Contract With You & Consultation Process

4.1. After placing your order, we will confirm receipt and inform you of the next steps.
4.2. For prescription-only medications, your treatment will be reviewed by our clinicians, and once approved, we will issue the prescription to our licensed pharmacy.
4.3. If we need more information from you, we will contact you, and your order will not be processed until we receive a response.
4.4. For non-prescription products, you will receive a confirmation of your order, and payment will be processed immediately.

5. Subscription (Prescription-Only Medicines)

5.1. Prescription-only medicines are sold on a subscription basis, with a minimum of 3 months’ supply. You authorize us to charge your card at monthly intervals after the initial approval.
5.2. You will receive a reminder to renew your subscription before it expires.
5.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no further charges after cancellation.
5.4. If we cancel your subscription, no further charges will be applied, and the product will not be dispatched.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

6.1. If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 10-day return policy. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return request.
6.2. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Prescription products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
6.3. For exchanges, we will process the new product once we receive the returned item. If the exchanged item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
6.4. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 working days.

7. Our Service

7.1. The images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only.
7.2. All products are subject to availability.
7.3. If you have any concerns about side effects, please stop using the product immediately and seek advice from a doctor.
7.4. We may de-blister certain medicines for easier use, and this may reduce the shelf life.

8. Delivery Information

8.1. Delivery charges and timing are specified on our Site.
8.2. We provide delivery throughout the UAE, and you can track your order via our courier service.
8.3. We do require a signature upon delivery, and packages may be left with a neighbor if you are unavailable.
8.4. If our supply is delayed due to external factors, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party events.

9. Your Rights to Make Changes

9.1. If you wish to change your order, contact us and we will check if the change is possible. We will inform you of any implications on price or delivery.
9.2. If changes are not possible, or if you are not satisfied with the consequences, you may cancel your order.

10. Late Delivery

10.1. If we miss the delivery deadline, you may cancel the contract if delivery before the deadline was essential to you.
10.2. Alternatively, you may set a new delivery deadline. If we fail to meet this deadline, you can cancel your order.

11. Our Rights to End the Contract

11.1. We may choose to end the contract in some situations, including if:
(a) You fail to pay when payment is due and still do not make payment within 10 days of being reminded that payment is due; or
(b) You do not allow us to deliver the products or services to you, or you fail to cooperate in any way that prevents us from providing the service.

11.2. If we end the contract in the situations set out in paragraph 11.1, we will refund any money you’ve paid in advance for products or services we have not provided. However, we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for any costs incurred as a result of the situation.

12. If There Is A Problem With the Service

12.1. If you experience any issues with the product or service, please contact us right away. Our customer support team can be reached at help@aneeq.com.
12.2. We are legally obligated to provide products and services that meet our description and are fit for their intended purpose, and they must be of satisfactory quality.
12.3. If you feel there is a problem with the product or service, we ask you to notify us immediately, so we can resolve the issue.

13. Price and Payment

13.1. The price of the products or services (which includes VAT, where applicable) will be displayed on the order page when you place your order. We make every effort to ensure the prices are correct, but if there is any mistake, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price.
13.2. We accept payment via all major credit or debit cards. You will be charged only when the products or services are dispatched or the first subscription payment is processed. If you believe any charge is incorrect, please contact us immediately for clarification.

14. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You

14.1. Our products and services are intended for personal use only. We are not liable for any business losses. If you use our products or services for commercial purposes, we will not be responsible for any losses, including profit loss or business interruptions.
14.2. Our maximum liability to you for any order or service will be limited to the price you paid for the product or service.
14.3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been anticipated by both parties at the time of the contract.

15. Written Communication

15.1. By using our platform, you agree to receive communication electronically, whether by email or by notices posted on our platform. These communications meet the legal requirements for being in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

16. Other Important Terms

16.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization.
16.2. The contract for the sale and supply of products and services is between you and Aneeq. No third party will have rights to enforce any terms.
16.3. Each of these terms operates separately. If any term is found to be unlawful, the remaining terms will continue to be enforceable.
16.4. Delays in taking action against you when you breach the contract do not waive our right to take action later.
16.5. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and you can bring legal proceedings in the relevant UAE courts.
16.6. We encourage alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for any complaints or disputes. If you are unhappy with how we handled your complaint, we recommend seeking ADR as a resolution method.
